Users of Instant BI are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and passwords. DataRPM may also collect certain information from visitors to a DataRPM Web site and customers of Instant BI, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems and to administer the DataRPM Web site and Services in order to constantly improve quality. We don’t store data in a database; your data is stored in binary files and may be distributed it over multiple servers and shards, which we believe adds an additional layer of security.
